ZAGG Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to products branded as ZAGG®, InvisibleShield®, IFROGZ®, mophie®, Gear4®, and BRAVEN®. By purchasing or registering a product from ZAGG, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Product Registration

To be eligible for warranty service, products must be registered at ZAGG.com.

  • Products purchased directly from ZAGG.com are automatically registered.

  • For warranty claims, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase of the product at registration.


Eligibility

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original end-user purchaser.

  • Warranties are non-transferable.

  • Products must be purchased from ZAGG or an authorized reseller.

    • Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g., via eBay, fruugo, or unverified Amazon sellers) are not covered.

    • On Amazon, only items sold by Amazon or ZAGG are eligible.


Return Requirement

In some cases, you may need to return the defective product.
If so:

  • If the product is not returned within 60 days, your credit card will be charged the full retail value of the replacement item.


Warranty Types

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applies to select ZAGG products.

  • Device-specific products: Covered for the life of the device.

  • Replacement requires:

    • Registration at ZAGG.com

    • Valid credit card

    • Proof of purchase (if purchased offline)

    • Return of damaged item (for certain products)

  • ZAGG may replace the item or provide an equivalent product.

Note: For InvisibleShield products, return may not always be required. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Earbud Tips for Life: Damaged or lost earbud tips are eligible for replacement; customer pays shipping.


2. Two-Year Limited Warranty

Covers select ZAGG products against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or operation outside intended use

  • Loss or theft

Requirements:

  • Product registration

  • Proof of purchase

  • Valid credit card

  • Return of the damaged item (customer pays shipping)

A replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original item or 90 days, whichever is longer.


3. 90-Day Warranty (Certified Refurbished Products)

Certified refurbished products sold by ZAGG or authorized retailers are covered for 90 days.

  • Same exclusions and claim process as above apply.

  • Failure to return the original product within 60 days will result in a charge equal to the certified refurbished price of the replacement.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Products purchased directly from ZAGG.com or authorized ZAGG retail outlets may be returned within 30 days.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Customer may choose a refund, replacement, or exchange.

  • Customized items and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

  • Products purchased elsewhere must be returned through the original retailer in accordance with their return policy.


Limitations & Exclusions

ZAGG’s warranties do not cover:

  • Third-party devices or accessories

  • ZAGG or third-party software

  • Damage from alterations, unauthorized repairs, or modifications

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

ZAGG is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or loss of use.

Warranties and remedies are exclusive and replace all other implied or express warranties. Where local laws prohibit such limitations, the coverage is restricted to the maximum extent permitted.

  • ZAGG may modify this policy at any time without notice.

  • Only ZAGG or its authorized service providers may perform warranty replacements.

  • This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
